Polyaluminium ferric chloride (PAFC) is a new type of water purification product, which is coagulated by iron salt and aluminum salt. It belongs to an inorganic polymer chemical coagulant and plays an important role in the treatment of various kinds of wastewater. So when using polyaluminum ferric chloride, are there any matters needing attention? As an enterprise specializing in the R & D, production and sales of poly aluminum ferric chloride, this article introduces the precautions for the use of poly aluminum ferric chloride.

Before use, the polyaluminium ferric chloride is added to the dissolving tank at the concentration of 10% - 30%, and the tap water is added to stir for full hydrolysis. After standing for a certain time, when the reddish brown liquid appears, add water to dilute it to the required concentration. 2% - 5% can be directly used in waterworks, and 5% - 10% can be used in industrial wastewater treatment.

When using PAFC, the appropriate dosage of PAFC should be determined according to the properties of raw water, through beaker test or the sail formed during commissioning. It is suggested that under the same conditions, the dosage of polyaluminum ferric chloride and polyaluminum chloride are basically the same, equivalent to about 1 / 3 of the dosage of aluminum sulfate. If the original product is a liquid product, the dosage of polyaluminium ferric chloride can be calculated according to the concentration of the corresponding reagent, which is about 1:3 by weight.

In the process of use, the prepared reagent is pumped into the metering tank, and the raw water is coagulated with the dosing solution. Under normal circumstances, the configuration of the same day can be used on the same day, and tap water can be used to configure polyferric chloride solution. If there is a little sediment, it is a natural phenomenon.
